The Chopper is a too big, but not ridiculous looking with minifigs in it.
It only looks silly next to some of the other minifig choppers they have,
which are way too small for the role they play. (Police choppers and med
choppers are much larger than those)
Imagine a train loco that is 8 studs wide, 64 studs long and 14 bricks high.
That would be relatively close to minifig scale and only slightly larger
than the standard Lego trains. It would also be about as small as a Model
Team vehicle could be, width wise. Maybe even 10 wide would work and still
be able to run on Lego track, which is the most important thing. Of course,
a 10 wide would look silly next to some 6 wide stock.
I would prefer 8 wide, since it will fit in with stock John Neal, myself and
some others are building. Of course, I wouldn't complain if they came out
with some Technic Fig scaled stuff, as long as I could use the oversize
wheels on my standard Lego trains. (That would also sell a lot of sets to
the train fans).

| Steam locomotive would be cool. But not in minifig scale !!! In minifig scale we have Trains series. Models in Model Team must be bigger. With much more details like classic Trains. But not only trains would be cool. Also ships. What about Titanic ? (...) (25 years ago, 28-Jan-00, to lugnet.modelteam)
