LEGO spotted on Jimmy Neutron DVD

Well, it isn't much of a sighting. :) But if you check out the 'Making of...' on the Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius DVD, you just might catch a glimpse of some LEGO bricks.   Re: Studio 360 talks with Rev. Smith

(...) That was great! I find it funny that the *one* week I don't listen to Studio 360 is when they cover Lego art. It seems so strange to hear real "art people" talk about photographing Lego like this, though. I went to art school and spent half (...) (22 years ago, 7-Jul-02, to lugnet.mediawatch)

lego sponsor ad for PBS's Arthur

I was just flipping through some channels and came across the 'this program brought to you by...' sponsor ad before the Arthur cartoon. I don't know how new this ad is but I thought it was very good. This is the ad where a small kid comes down to (...) (22 years ago, 5-Jul-02, to lugnet.mediawatch, lugnet.dear-lego)

Re: Largest Lego Collection in Australia ?

(...) There was *a lot* of LEGO available in the 70's, and, IIRC it was all available in Australia, except for one or two train sets. (...) Agreed. And when trains are involved, multiple sets seem to become almost compulsory. (...) Hmmmm... my (...) (22 years ago, 30-Jun-02, to lugnet.loc.au, lugnet.mediawatch)

Re: Largest Lego Collection in Australia ?

(...) I can't speak for Steak-n-Kidney but Lego was readily obtainable in Brisbane in the 1960s, and back in the those days most sets were just "bulk parts"; very few sets had a model with instructions as I recall. Indeed, I remember how thrilled I (...) (22 years ago, 29-Jun-02, to lugnet.loc.au, lugnet.mediawatch)
