Terrified of the Free Market, LEGO Begs for Protectionism —Dave Schuler
Still unsatisfied despite more than 20 courtroom defeats around the world, LEGO is trying yet again to abuse patent and trademark law to afford itself an unfair market advantage. This time LEGO is actually attempting to get the US to block imports (...) (13 years ago, 18-Jan-12, to lugnet.mediawatch, FTX)

Wow, what ridiculous hyperbole. Like any large corporation they are using whatever legal maneuvers they can to give them a business advantage.    (...) Love the headline. Bonus points for me knowing who wrote it before seeing your name ;) For what it's worth I'm on your side. I won't buy MB but a) they have a legal right to do what they do and b) they've made LEGO lift its came by existing. (...) (13 years ago, 8-Feb-12, to lugnet.mediawatch, FTX)
