I think that TRU spokeswoman is full of crud.
----------
"A spokeswoman for Toysrus.com said the company's
procedures and conduct within that period were within
the law" but said the company plans to comply with the
settlement.
She said Toysrus.com shipped 95 percent of its orders
on time last holiday season and that the company
continues to make strides to improve its shipping
process. "
We were within the law, but we'll pay anyway. Uh-huh.Then *why* did they give
out, what was it, $100 credit to certain shoppers?
95% on time????!!!!!Puh-leeze.
Hmmm, they must have came up with 95% based on reports from their customer
service departments. Dealing with TRU customer service...what fond memories.
