Target's price for this was $15 however Wal-Mart had it for $20. So Target
currently has it at 30% off.

Same for Watto's Junkyard. Target reduced the price of this set about six
weeks ago to $35.

It has been my experience that Target does not price match on clearance
items but it never hurts to try. You are much better off with a Target
receipt that shows that you paid a certain price for an item in another
store.
