If you used the $5 discount, perhaps that is why it didn't work -
often times there is a "not in conjunction with any other offer"
clause on these kinds of things. Either that or it went on sale when
you weren't looking :-) Check your credit card's recent charges to
see how much they billed you.
If you still think that it should have qualified (I would tend to
agree) then send another e-mail and clearly state that the amount was
over $199 and on which date you bought it.

| As LEGO S@H has sold out of the Statue of Liberty (SoL) sculpture and the possibility that it may not go back into production again (see Brad Justus' post (URL) I decided to order one from TRU/Amazon.com.
