I called today (Folks, I hate to say this, but if I canuse S@H online, I am
a happy camper, I hate calling) and talked to a gentleman there, who had a
hard time understanding me. After spelling Sanburn 5 times, he still could
not get my info up on the screen.
[SANBURN S as in Sam, A as in Andrew, N as in Nancy, B as in Bob, U as in
Urchin, R as in Ronald, N as in Nancy. ] x 5
Anyway, I finally got to place an order, and they had in stock, and I told
him to please have someone update the website, as that product # 3507, said
it was not available in the US. I finally got some clubcars and that Grip
and Go challenge, as it was a special.
Just a frustrating experience, I really wish there web people would do a
better job of taking what stuff is available and taking it off, putting it
up when it is, making sure different countries are up and running, or
matching inventories with on-hand stock. Larry, doesn't Mercator do that? ; )
Sorry to vent a little, I *hate* when I have to call at work. I usually am
on / off within a minute or two when I use the online service.
