That sounds like what happened to me. I'm going to guess you used ground
shipping? For that, WM gives the package to Airborne Express, and they take
it to your local Post Office, who is supposed to deliver it. That's where mine
got hung up and it seems like that's where yours did too. And you're right,
Wal-Mart and Airborne can't trace the package from there.
Have you tried contacting your local post office? That was how I eventually
got my package delivered - it had been mistakenly held. Make sure they talk
to your letter carrier about it.

I wouldn't do that - everyone I spoke to was very eager to help, and I had no
problem at all getting my money refunded. At least do that. But try your Post
Office first, maybe they know something.
