You can also get 5958, Mummy's Tomb, for $24.50.

That set scans at Zelleri here in Windsor for $24.50. It's also
on clearance at Walmart for $25.00. Almost every Ninja set I
scanned had clearance prices. Something wrong there on your
end (or we're just lucky).
But I did scan a 6250 Crossbone Clipper, which is definitely
discontinued, and it comes up as $34..., which is the sticker
of $40 less the current 15% sale. I dunno how to go about
informing them it's discontinued so I can buy it at the
clearanced price. They've only got one, opened, but it
still looks complete...

| (...) I didn't see it there, I guess that is selection varying by store in action! I purchased this set in early 1998 for $40 at K-Mart, then disassembled it soon after and lapsed into my dark age. I still have the instructions (even when I've lost (...) (24 years ago, 5-Jul-00, to lugnet.market.shopping)

| Although I was expecting to get the Summer S@H catalogue today (not yet), I did get something almost as good- a Zellers flyer! It simply says, among many other clearance boxes- "30% off discontinued toys" Which one would expect to include Lego, (...) (24 years ago, 4-Jul-00, to lugnet.market.shopping)
