Na, we were pretty blase about it, just called it in to the card issuer and
worked the process after calling one of the 800 numbers listed on the bill line
items to see what it was. They sent us an affidavit to execute and changed the
card number. We didn't see it as a big deal.
The number we called (one of these sites) wasn't too interested in helping
determine who was perpetrating the fraud, they said 50-60% of their charges
were bounced back and they didn't care. (presumably they were making their
margins with only 40% retention of revenue...)
