That's okie dokie with me if you want to do that (thanks for even coming up
with the idea and considering it!). However, point #21 of the eBates terms
and conditions page
http://www.ebates.com/terms_conditions.jhtml
seems to be designed to prevent this sort of thing (specifically, I think it
wants to prohibit the sale or barter of the eBates rebates). So you
probably would want to ask eBates for some clarifications first.
