This was a return, and ZB didn't do a good enough job of checking. ZB is
an excellent place. After you calm down, call them up. I'd wager they'll
take it back if that's what you want to do. They might even reimburse
you for mileage if you're polite. Or else, call CA and tell them what
happened, they no doubt will make good the missing or damaged parts.
However, you probably should have checked the set out a bit better
yourself before you bought it. Myself, I always ask to open these up at
the store to check. I bet if it had been me I would have been out the
door with it for no more than 15 dollars, because I know just how to
haggle on damaged goods.
Next time, check carefully before you buy stuff that's not factory
sealed.

| My first rant... (kind of long) I thought I made a decent find today at the ZB in Lancaster, PA. (For anyone not familiar with the area, it is under heavy construction and not that easy to get to. Also, for me its about a 1/2 hour drive, so I don't (...) (25 years ago, 27-Mar-99, to lugnet.market.shopping)
