| | This applies to Target only. Well maybe everyone else knew this... but at all the detroit area Targets, the shelf tags tell the tale. The "real" LEGO area has shelf tags. | | | | (...) In the case of Target, I believe that 'clearance' pricing is generated by three corp parts: national, regional, & store. Most of the prior Target clearances seem to have been 'regional' (possibly suggested by national), with certain regions (...) (25 years ago, 8-Jan-00, to lugnet.market.shopping)

I had an interesting experience today, at the picked-clean NJ Target stores: I found someone who actually knew how clearances worked, and could tell me how decisions (...)
