Their lack of limitations did them in... I ordered ~$100 worth of stuff for our
next auction (I ordered Monday, chose UPS Ground and got it today!), and I was
going to use that same coupon again to order more today for me.
Had they limited it to "new customers only" or something, perhaps it would have
lasted longer... [1]

[1] Not that that is really enforceable, but I assume that most people would
have honored such a restriction.
