Is sale by the case (K6? K3?) a recent thing? A couple years ago I was
hitting the Woodfield Mall store pretty frequently (it is about a mile from
our office in Schaumburg) and they woudn't sell anything but by the cup. I
haven't asked in a long time though.

BTW- It is usually cheaper if you buy a case, the stores in Chicago sell (...) (18 years ago, 20-Feb-07, to lugnet.market.shopping, FTX)
