To buy them via US S@H, you need to make sure you have a US delivery address
to receive them. Once you and Mark sync up, you can enter a US address in
the S@H shipping information and your order will go through.
I have made numerous orders from S@H Europe (mostly when they had all of the
old service packs) and had them shipped to my attention to our office in
Stockholm. Once they arrived there, it was my responsibility to get them
back to the US and one of my co-workers from Stockholm would either mail
them to me or hand deliver them the next time they came to the US.
