Hmm that's funny - if I remember correctly, usually there's a box where you can
enter the code either from your "shopping cart" or some time during the checkout
process. But now it doesn't seem to be there at all!
However, I found another place you can enter the code. When you're viewing your
shopping cart, towards the bottom there are two buttons:
"<- Catalog Quick order" and "<- Continue Shopping"
If you click on Catalog Quick Order, you can enter the item number (10001 in
your case) and quantity, as well as the catalogue code there. I just tried it
with the Metroliner and I got the special price. (But I didn't really place an
order cuz I've totally blown my LEGO budget already... Why do the good products
and deals come at a time when my credit card's hurting?!)
