When I picked one up and went over to write down what that had and prices, an employee came by picked my Polar Base off the ground (...) Dan and I found a Mindstorms set opened and missing the RCX - we asked the manager for a discount, he said no, and said that it "happens all the time" (sets being opened and things being pulled/stolen out of them) - this was in MD somewhere a (...) | (...) My impression is that managers are afraid of encouraging people to trash sets themselves in hopes of getting a discount. | Hi, I tried to get a discount for a very shelf worn 7191 X Wing once with a ripped box. When I took it to the service desk at TRU and asked for a discount they looked at me like I was from Mars...I then took it back to its place on the shelf and (...)
