I visited the Redwood City Target today, and they are still at 50% off, and all they have left (that I could find anyway) is the Arctic value packs. I bought one of them at $4.90, but they have a large stack of maybe 30 or so of them on an end (...) (23 years ago, 16-Jan-02, to lugnet.market.shopping, lugnet.loc.us.ca.sf, lugnet.org.us.baylug)

(...) Yes, it has begun. I dropped by a Target at 8:30 this morning and the clearance toys were at 75% off *and* had been consolidated into one half-aisle. I just got back from two Targets at lunch and they both had moved to 75% off. Didn't score much, and the LOM 7317 that were there last week were all gone, over 18 of them. I called my wife and the Target closest to our house was still at 50%, still (...) (23 years ago, 16-Jan-02, to lugnet.market.shopping)
