I found the 1298 Classic Advent Calendar today at Target on West Main in Kalamazoo - they were priced at $19.99 - not as cheap as Walmart (re, Steve Bliss in loc.us.mi.grr & lugnet.market.shopping post on 8/10/99: The basic/classic Advent set! Today I made another visit to that same Toy Liqudator. I picked up a 6097 Night Lords Castle for ~$42. The part I found interesting is the conversation with one of the employees. (...) I just called the only store they have in California -- Redding (!!!) and talked to the Toys manager. They usually follow the same pricing plans/sales as the midwest stores, but he doesn't know offhand if the sets are on sale. There are two (...) (25 years ago, 17-Aug-99, to lugnet.market.shopping)
