Greetings: I found the new Star Wars UCS sets at an Austin TRU this weekend. I'm quite impressed, not just with the sets themselves (they've done some nice things with the design - it doesn't look like they spared any parts), but also with the (...) I found that our local (Vancouver) Zellers had 30% off old stuff too, it took me by surprise because it wasn't marked, just came up that way. Especially nice on the $85 and $65 Cyberslam sets already marked down to $30, then with the extra 10% (...) (24 years ago, 12-Jun-00, to lugnet.market.shopping)

I found one in Rancho Santa Margarita for the same price. It must be nationwide. They had at least one as of yesterday. (I didn't get it because I have no room in my layout for those road plates). None of the exciting finds reported recently were in stock at the Gilroy outlet (a few had been, but are sold out). Some Town and Cyberslam sets at too-little off (20-25% <yawn>). G'day folks, I dropped into the TRU here in Windsor for the first time in a while. They've just kicked off a "20% off all LEGO" sale that goes through to the 16th or so.
