Yep. The bad news from a set standpoint is that they're stickers. The good news, well not the greatest news, is that they're stickers and don't have to be applied! I was at the LIC at Walt Disney World today and noticed that there were 5 or so Neptune Discovery Lab sets available for around $92 each.
