The Target at Superstion Springs in Mesa, AZ has the sets 7121 Naboo Swamp and 7128 Speeder Bikes for $7.19. I just called and they said that the sale starts Thursday and goes until the 22nd of April. I did not ask them about individual items though. I'll have to check for the ones you suggest. After paying $15.50 on Ebay (ouch), I noticed the seller was from MN, and asked where they got the Darth Vader poster - they said the MoA.
