For those of you who didn't know the Dawsonville Georgia LEGO Outlet store is being closed (this is the first US LEGO Outlet opened in Oct. 1999). (1) Retailers are getting much better at supplier management, inventory management, just in time replenishment, and most importantly, sales prediction, thanks to increased integration (...) (...) In my experience, different stores will maintain different levels of LEGO stock during the non-holiday season, and this directly affects what gets clearanced at each store. They probably realized they have to tighten up in order to be competitive with Walmart, which I understand has a running inventory update and automatic reordering as items go through the (...) Hi all, Any idea how long it takes for Target to roll out their post-Christmas sales? I went to one Target after work last Friday and it looked like a bomb had hit. I was just browsing the etoys.com website and noticed they have some new sets for 20% off, in addition to the good price on the Mars Explorer. some of the new sets that were 20% off.. 8419 Technic excavator 8418 Technic mini loader 7239 City fire (...)
