It's been a very long while, but I think they were all rolled in together on the order form, but separated out on the receipt. No complaints (...) It appears that US First Class rates are changing on 1 July 2001... New rates are .. First ounce 0.34 ( no change ) Each Additional ounce 0.23 ( up by 2 cents per additional ounce ) Ray (23 years ago, 8-May-01, to lugnet.market.shipping)
