Believe me, PayPal doesn't make things easy for receivers of money either.
It is in general a very unfriendly service to deal with if anything goes
awry. They don't give you an email to look at, you have to fill out a form
which is very hidden (you first get told about 9 times that you need to read
the helps, thanks, I did that already), and as far as finding their phone
number to talk to a human, forget it. It is not on the site anywhere that I
could see. (A friend shared it with me. Maybe I ought to publish it but it's
his call... their humans weren't in the top quartile at charm school, that's
for sure.)
See sites such as paypalsucks.com for some horror stories. I wouldn't use it
except that they bribe me to use it and that the alternatives aren't that
great/widely accepted.
BidPay, for example, costs the buyer significant coin.
