Well, I wasn't quite THAT lazy, of course I clicked on it hoping for an
explanation but all I got from scanning the new page was a summary of the
transaction details. Since I first posed my question yesterday the unclaimed
monies have changed status (the seller claimed the funds) such that I can't
recheck this fact.
Over the months I think I have noticed that those that use Paypal as a
selling tool have access to more information from Paypal. I guess as a
person exclusively paying monies out to sellers I am just the grease for the
wheels and not in the "need to know" loop for them. There was some other
such thing that occurred many months ago but I forget the details of the
incident.
Thanks for the replies.
