A friend of mine just received an email notifying him that his paypal account had been restricted and he needed to log in to provide more information. Logging into paypal through the normal site address reveals no such activity. The subject of the (...) (23 years ago, 15-Nov-02, to lugnet.market.services, lugnet.general)

Or for Canadians you can open a TD Waterhouse true USD USA acount, based on New York, and mail those funny green money orders to be cashed with NO PROBLEMS. Basically you can open a TD/Canada Trust account here, and then phone to tranfer money from (...) (23 years ago, 13-Nov-02, to lugnet.market.services)

(...) Two things to do: 1) Scold your U.S. buyers. (In a friendly Canadian tone) They should know better. Tell them to send the pink 'International' ones.
