  Problems Getting Into PayPal?
 
Has anybody else been having problems getting into PayPal over the last few days? Ever since Saturday it has been very difficult for me to even get onto the site, much less complete a deal. I have managed to eventually get thru but not without (...) (24 years ago, 1-Mar-01, to lugnet.market.services)

The good news is, you can now add a Canadian bank account and withdraw money from Paypal to it (and presumably fund your paypal account from it too). I received this email from PayPal just now. Looks like PayPal may be having a problem with fraudulent charges (notice I said "may be having").
