I work for the airlines, so I could let you know the costs Monday.....
Travel to North America incurs a "by piece" excess baggage charge. It is
only going via SE Asia/European direction that you get charged by the kilo.
Maximum weight per piece allowed is 32 pounds, and you are allowed 2 pieces.
I believe, but am not certain, that the charge per piece is in the 150-200
USD region........I will check Monday and let you know.....
