It has been speculated that this is because BB's ISP Interland is blocked by many more reputable ISP's due to a very lax policy on Interland's part of responding to SPAM (...) After several phone calls with my own ISP they verified that they are NOT blocking any mail from Interland.com. My ISP (Dreamscape.com) does utilize (...) | | | | (...) That's not how email works... It goes almost always directly from the server used to send it to the server where the reciever has an account, unless a forwarding service is used.
