I assume nobody has tried to call LEGO Direct/Shop@Home or LEGO consumer affairs in USA during normal business hours. And mention about the LEGO set #4051 that you saw it on BRICKSET.COM. I have added over 1500 znap parts to my store with photos of each part. (URL) had to generate all the descriptions and photos (and prices) as they had never been listed before.
