A final (hopefully) update on the T-1 attached to Brickbay: Ameritech returned this morning and rechecked the connection and switching equipment here at the house. Here's an update re: the T-1 line where Brickbay lives. Ameritech showed up a few minutes ago and checked the SmartJack that connects the router and "modem" to the outside line. Eric & All, (...) My own experience with Ameritech, and Sprint, when I was NA for AEI, was less than stellar. (...) Thanks for the update, Eric.
