I'm from Italy.
There is no particular problem sending or receiving mail. Our mail
system is maybe just a bit slower than others, but I've sent and
received hundreds of letters and packages with little or no problems at
all (you can chack my eBay feedback under gfhammer if you want). A
letter sent by airmail from US takes about 7-10 days (sometimes 15) to
arrive, and I do think this is an acceptable time; Larry's factoring
service, however, is really great for overseas transaction, and is a
very good alternative to sending payment thru the global mail system.
