| | Hi I just had a problem with an auction I held on ebay and won by a 12 years boy that logically can not honour his bid! | | | | I'm not sure what opertae means but it seems clear from context. Hmm... I thought eBay was trying to take steps to prevent that. | | | | Marco, One cannot "make parents" do anything, at least not in the US. I hope you at least posted negative feedback, and filed with eBay for a refund because the buyer backed out.
