First quarter 2000. They do say you have 60 days to leave feedback, so
you may not need to get too worried yet. One thing to do though is check
the sellers feedback on a regular basis. I got burned by a seller and
happened to notice a post on RTL warning about him. When I checked his
feedback, he had several negatives. I fired off an e-mail to him, and
after a couple days with no response, added my negative.
I need to hassle him some more. I got an e-mail last night from someone
who apparently got their set after several months of hassling. Actually,
at this point I'd be happy to just get my money back, the set was a Sand
Dollar Cafe which I now have 4 or 5 copies of.
