Extenuating circumstances or not, John posted to this thread less than 24
hours ago, so he *is* available. Let him answer to the allegations brought
against him from Morten. I haven't dealt with John, but have dealt with a
number of US people and have had no problems at all, so I agree it seems
unusual, but Morten has documented his side of the story quite well.
The auction closed in May, this is November. It may not be appropriate for
them to "go at it" in a public forum like LUGNET, but as a LEGO community we
owe it to each other to ensure everyone is looked after and not taken
advantage of. I think you would all agree that this "charter" extends to us
international members.
I would like to see this matter resolved quickly, as it puts a general damper
on me wanting to trade/buy with US AFOL's.
