Thanks for sharing your experience with John DiRienzo. I just feel I am the
only victim among his hundreds of business deals. Why me ?
Some of you mentioned there has to be something "outside the picture". The one
who is to tell about that is John himself because I don`t nothing about it. I
believe this discussion will smoke the fox out of his lair and make an
explaination for his behavior.
I work as an auditor until june 1999, and I am used to take a copy of every
document that may be useful in the future. So I have done with this particular
case too. I have saved all the emails during my communication with John. If

Here is a great Lego Boat set from 1991!
This set builds a big fire fighting rescue boat.
This set contains 349 pieces, including many rare boat parts and four mini-
figs!
The set is in great, new condition! The parts have never been used
or removed from the Lego bags! The box has barely any shelf wear,
and I would grade it C-9. One end seal has loosened with age, but
I guarantee that the set is complete and has never been used. This
is one of several old, discontinued sets I am selling on eBay. They
are all in new, never opened condition! Please see everything else

I moved on to a new job as Chief Financial Manager at a Volvo store in
Kristiansad from the 1st of june 1999, and a couple of emails between 11th of
may and 24th of june have not been trasferred from Ernst & Young till my home
computer. During this missing link we worked out the exact price for the Milk
Trucks.

TINE Company for several weeks now. I will ship the package as soon as I get
your home address.
The TINE Company has made the package nice and safely, so I don`t want to
break into it. If they have cheated, you will recognize that when you open it.
But that will probably not happen.
You have to figure out a decent trading value for the 6481 Construction Crew
and the shipping cost for the 4031+6481. That amount will reduce the USD 450
you owe me. The package from you may be sent by Economic priority mail to save
shipping cost.

labels get mixed up. If Tine has packaged it safely for travel, I see no
reason for you to change the packaging either. I will have to look and see
if we already agreed on prices for those sets and if we have not, I will make

Hi Morten,
I had forgotten that you were interested 6481. I will have to do some
research to figure out what its worth and give you a fair price for it. I
haven't seen it sell very often and unopened even less often, but I don't
think its very high priced. I will let you know and once we have agreed, I
will mail those sets and the balance of money to you. About making payment
to you, what is the best method? I have a friend in Germany and another in
France who can send you money if that would make it cheaper or quicker.

I am still waiting for the lego sets 4031 and 6481 and not to forget the USD
300 regarding to the TINE milk trucks. As far as I am conserned I have done my
part of our agreement, but it seems like you don‘t intend to do your part. If
I have done something wrong please let me know. Maybe I was stupid - shipping
the milk trucks before the payment was deposit on my account. But because we
both were serious lego collectors, I trusted you. I am sure you understand my
patient is decreasing – the auction on eBay ended 5 months ago.
You have never told me whether the TINE milk trucks arrived safely, but I
noticed they have been announced on your homepage for the amount of USD 50. It
is painfull whatching you gaining business with the milk trucks without paying
your supplier !

members. I will also consider a phonecall to my lego friends in the US like
Matt Chiles, Roy Gal, Derick Bulkley and others and ask them for help.
If you remember i work as an auditor at Ernst & Young in Kristiansand. Our
firm is worldwide and also consists of thousands of lawyers. I have good
relations to many of Ernst & Youngs lawyers in the US, and I will also ask
them for help if you don`t want to cooperate.
I also have the shipping document which proves that the 20 lego sets were sent
to your address in Saint Louis. I also have a copy of every single email sent
to you from the day the auction closed on eBay 10th of may 1999 were I was the
