Don't forget about hysteresis. I have a sealed airport shuttle. I won't
pay 600 for another one. But there is no way I'd sell mine for 600, it
would be closer to 1500 or so, and that price goes up over time.
So just because Mike thinks those prices are high doesn't mean that they
actually ARE, nor does it mean that Mike would sell you anything at
them... they can be both too high and too low at the very same time.
