  Re: "spring cleaning" auction

Todd Lehman wrote in message ... (...) I look forward to the Town stuff. If the sets are 5 to 12 years old then it obviously falls within the great Town period of 1987 to 1992. (...) (...) I'm certainly interested, and would be interested in used sets, after all, I play with my Lego, why pay a premium for MIB when I'll just open it up to leg godt. (25 years ago, 18-May-99, to lugnet.market.auction)

  Re: "spring cleaning" auction

(...) If by "MIB" you mean "Mint In Box," rest easy that none of the sets will be unopened. Many of them will be in brand-new condition, but all of them will have had the seals broken and the catalogs taken out (I try to get at least one copy of (...)   Re: "spring cleaning" auction

(...) Almost ready to post a preliminary list of sets. Most of the work for it right now is figuring out which of the opened sets are complete or possibly missing pieces.   Re: "spring cleaning" auction

(...) Ok, I have a count now. If nothing disappears from the list before the auction goes up, there'll be 505 LEGO sets in the auction. I think that might qualify as the LEGO set auction of the century. :) --Todd (25 years ago, 8-Jul-99, to lugnet.market.auction)
