(...) Nope. It was a photo of the assembled set, sitting in/next to the box, on the person's dining room table. Even if he did copy this picture off your website, you have no copyrights to it anyway, because you scanned in a copyrighted photo from a Lego brochure. As far as copyrights, it only covers original work you've done, not pictures or brochures (...) (25 years ago, 2-Apr-00, to lugnet.market.auction)

Not a big deal, but i have eBay auctions closing in 4 hours or so and I just got a bid retraction from the only bidder on a small lt...I realize it's only $2, but it's a hassle and his reason is garbage... it's a lot of 20 Town seats/chairs...reason (...)
