I've signed up but haven't had a chance to use it yet. Regarding the $5 thing, that's just the minimum amount to go into your account at a time. (...) They talk about that in their FAQ portion on their site; I guess they hope to sometime during 2000. You can get on a mailing list to be notified when it starts.
