Value is what you set it to be.  Do you want the monorail more than you want
the Metroliner?

Simple, if yes, then trade, if no, then keep.

(in other words, I think they are 'worth' about the same to me, I would pay
about what I paid for my metroliner for a monorail, that is to say not more
than $300 USD, but that is a personal valuation...and no, I don't want a
monorail, but I'd love another metroliner :)

(...) One thing to remeber: 9V track is still available at retail prices through Shop At Home. Monorail track commands auction prices when you can find it. -- joshua (25 years ago, 19-May-00, to lugnet.market.appraisal)

(...) I'm a child of the "me" generation.. I want them all. But you raise a good point, I value them equally so parting with the metroliner would be difficult. Thank you all who have responded, I can't think of anywhere else I could get an answer to (...) (25 years ago, 20-May-00, to lugnet.market.appraisal)

(...) Actually, I've seen (and heard) that metroliners go for $400 as well. And the price increases as time goes by. -Shiri (25 years ago, 18-May-00, to lugnet.market.appraisal)
