Hi! I was in Texas all summer (getting married), and just checked
loc.us.tn.knx for the first time in months. (I guess I'll get around to
subscribing to it by email
now.)

So this is why it's getting even harder to find anything decent around
here. ;-)
I was spoiled all summer, with the Dallas/Fort Worth Lego market, and
now I remember
the frustration. Not even the garage sales are good here.

Naji Norder
Number of Lego bricks: 6178 from my youth (yes, I had them counted and
inventoried)
~7000 added to my wife and my collection since January
~25000 just passing through....
Age Started: I don't remember. My oldests sets are from the late
seventies, so
I think I was around two. I know I had some by four.
First Set: I had some of the Basic boxed sets from the seventies. Other
than that,
I have a homemaker set (268 Family Room) and a few of the oldest boats
(775 Firefighter - not even minifig scale, and 709 Police Boat)
# Years in Knoxville: Starting my 5th
High School: In Texas (Richland High School, North Richland Hills)
College: UTK
Vols Fan: yes (two years in marching band)
Yes, I work(ed) for the same department as John Morgan and Mike Stanley,
though,
with some recent reorganization work, I'm not really sure if I do
anymore.

| Hi Naji, I had a roommate in Chicago named Naji. Very cool name. (...) You better believe it. I just cleaned out 4 of those new big Classic building sets at Wal-mart yesterday. Really tempted to clean out the rest of the SW Nabou Swamp and Speeder (...) (25 years ago, 16-Aug-99, to lugnet.loc.us.tn.knx)
