  Re: 2000 Lego

(...) You mean there are other lagers? 8^P At many PA bars, you could just as readily ask for any beer that's not yellow and get Yeungling. Straubies are okay if your taste buds aren't working and your bladder is... Dave! (25 years ago, 22-Dec-99, to lugnet.loc.us.pa.phi.swb)

  Re: 2000 Lego

(...) Funny, I was just there for ten weeks working at Metlife in Clarks Summit. I stayed at the Inn at Nichols Village (NICE!!!) I went to the Local Toys 'R' Us in Dickson City to find the a good number of the 2000 Lego. (...) (25 years ago, 22-Dec-99, to lugnet.loc.us.pa.phi.swb)

  2000 sets in the area

Wal-Mart is stocking some 2000 sets tonight. The Washington WM only had a couple construction vehicles, I think. Robinson WM had more, including a few Star Wars and Castle sets. Those were the only two stores I stopped at. Rob (25 years ago, 17-Dec-99, to lugnet.loc.us.pa.pit)

4561 on sale at Family Toy Warehouse

Anybody out there? Just thought I'd post that 4561 Railway Express is on sale for $89 at Family Toy Warehouse. That's an okay price, but I got them to knock another 20% off because the last one at the Greentree store was ripped up quite a bit. And (...) (25 years ago, 14-Dec-99, to lugnet.loc.us.pa.pit)

  Re: AFOL's in Wilkes-Barre, PA

WB is an interesting place. It hit it's high point sometime in the 50's when my parents were groing up. When the coal industry dried up the whole economy went south, slowly. As of about ten years ago, the only people you seemed to see were very old (...) (25 years ago, 28-Oct-99, to lugnet.loc.us.pa.phi.swb)

  Re: AFOL's in Wilkes-Barre, PA

(...) We don't have TRU in my neck-of-the-woods, but from what I've read on Lugnet, it sounds like a terrific place to buy Legos. Thanks for the tip on the TRU at Wyoming Valley Mall. I'll be all over that next time I go to the WB. Fellow Texans: (...) (25 years ago, 27-Oct-99, to lugnet.loc.us.pa.phi.swb)
