I went up and down every single one of those aisles, from the back of
the store to the front, the first time I noticed the change (which was
about a month or so ago) and found nothing but that one end cap and the
rack of Duplo. Are you sure we're talking about the same location? The
store on Sawmill has relocated the Lego in the manner you've described
(and has a nice $13 price on 6568, btw), but I didn't find it at
Rome-Hilliard.

Well..unless there's two Meijer's on Rome-Hilliard...? (joking)

Yeah I'm sure we're talking about the same place - I live within throwing
distance of the store. I looked specifically at them as I walked past the
aisle, though I didn't stop to browse but I did indeed see that they had the
usual display.

I haven't been to the Sawmill store probably since we lived up there two
years ago, but even then, their LEGO's were in an aisle, not on an end cap.
Did they change to the outside wall as the Rome-Hilliard store used to be, then?

The LEGO aisle at Rome-Hilliard is basically right near the main aisle - you
know where the video game consoles are? It's in that portion/section about
2-3 more aisles towards the back of the store. They are on the front facing
shelves of the aisle (you will be facing the front of the store when you are
looking at them).

Here's my bad attempt at a map that is obviously not to scale:

                        back of store
                   |    ==========  =========  ||
                   |    ==========  ======**=   ||
                   |    ==========  =========  ||
                   O  ==========  =======X    ||
                   |    ==========  =========  ||
                       front of store

== - left/right running aisles
| - front/back running aisles
O - old location
X - where the video games are.
** - new location of the main LEGO area.

Note - these aren't exact - there may be more or fewer rows of aisles, but
this should make more sense than words as to where the new location is.

Hope this helps.

Joel J

I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and check it out one more time,
but that store has ticked me off enough times otherwise that i'm
reluctant to support them even if I jumped the gun on this one. (The
only reasons I ever shopped there to begin with are (1) it's on my way
home from work (sort of) and (2) it's laid out virtually identical to
the Meijer's I used to work at when I lived in Toledo (the one in
Maumee), while the one on Sawmill (closer to my home) is laid out
differently, so I find things more quickly in the Rome-Hilliard store
than at Sawmill.)
