  Re: CO BrikWars get together

(...) You know, I got this same question in e-mail yesterday. I swear I wrote rules to handle cross-TL battles, but for the life of me I can't figure out where I put them in the rules. I'm going to feel like an idiot if it turns out I forgot to (...) (24 years ago, 10-Apr-00, to lugnet.loc.us.oh)

(...) Jumping in-- We (NELUG) DID hold the event in a museum, but that did pose one major issue, which was timing. The museum was open from 10AM to 5PM, so we had to fit within the time allotted. And thanks to a lack of general preparedness (I have (...) (24 years ago, 10-Apr-00, to lugnet.loc.us.oh)

  BrikWars question

Is it normal to reveal ones forces to the other players at the start? Or do we deploy and if things aren't obvious, oh well? Put another way, how does one handle 'secret-weapons'? Thanks, Gino A... (24 years ago, 10-Apr-00, to lugnet.loc.us.oh)

  Throwbots at Aldi's for $4.49

There were Throwbots for $4.49 Saturday at the Aldi in Central Point Shopping Center (Rte 63 and Mound St, Columbus OH USA). I saw Torch, Turbo, and Ski, but did not dig to see if there were others. They were up by the cash registers. I didn't get (...) (24 years ago, 10-Apr-00, to lugnet.loc.us.oh.col)

Mike, As the guy with only a handful of space guys, I have some questions about costing. If looked at practically, Castle-era guys are a lot weaker than TL4-5, like most of the field will be. As far as I can tell, the rules assume that all armies (...) (24 years ago, 10-Apr-00, to lugnet.loc.us.oh)
