I managed to score some stuff at Target when they went to 40% off so I am happy for now. And out of money! Well, since the first post I went Target hunting in Stow and Cuyahoga Falls and found NOTHING great... went to Toys R Us and found... Nothing great... went to Walmart in Canton and picked up a couple of small sets and went to the Alliance (...) (25 years ago, 30-Jan-00, to lugnet.loc.us.oh.akr)

Dave, I've mad some excursions down into the canton area searching for Lego, mostly at the malls and such. Quite frankely I was dissappointed. None of the KB Toys had much of anything. One told me that they didn't even carry Lego anymore, since they (...) (25 years ago, 30-Jan-00, to lugnet.loc.us.oh.akr)

At the Golden Gate Zany Brainy (I didn't even know it existed), they have Technic Space Shuttles for 50% off (so, $80.24 incl. tax). There were 5 left when I was there. FYI: I was able to pick up a lot of the new Lego sets this past weekend from the Macedonia, OH WalMart.. Sets they had: 7115 Gungan Patrol, 7124 Flash Speeder, 8001 Battle Droid, 8000 Pit Droid, 7104 Desert Skiff, 7134 A-Wing, 7180 B- Wing, 6094 (...) (25 years ago, 20-Dec-99, to lugnet.loc.us.oh.cle)

I went to the meijers on Sawmill Rd in Columbus. They have all starwars Lego 25%off including the 2000 ones. 8001 for $22.49, 7124 $7.49 on sale. The rest of the new sets were not on file yet.
