  Re: meeting

Tuesday would probably work for me but I would prefer later in the evening, sometime after 8:00 preferably. But, the world doesn't revolve around my schedule so what ever works out I will try to participate. Maybe we could have a small swap meet of (...) (25 years ago, 29-Aug-99, to lugnet.loc.us.nc)

  meeting

Hi guys, Why don't we meet sometime this week. Anyday is good for me until friday. I'll just say my place on tuesday at 7:00pm just to set a tenative time. I kind of want to show of my city, and we can also talk about what we could have for a train (...) (25 years ago, 29-Aug-99, to lugnet.loc.us.nc)

  Re: no show

(...) I would also be willing to do Winston Salem (don't know yet if that date is solid though). It's probably too soon, but we could see if the train show at the fairgrounds September 11-12 has space. We definitely should create a club. Perhaps we (...)   Re: no show

Do they have a waiting list? Someone else might drop out? It actually surprises me that they are full based on the show last year. There was a ton of open space last year.   Re: no show

This is unfortunate as I heard back from my former co-worker that he and his son would be interested. I think the idea of forming a club still has merit even if we don't pursue the Winston-Salem date. If we went to WS we would probably have to spend (...)   no show

I got an email back from GATS yesterday saying they are full. There is one Feb 12&13 in Winston-Salem. Also, there are a few in VA: August 21 & 22, 1999 - Fairgrounds on Strawberry Hill - 600 East Laburnum Avenue, Richmond, VA November 6 & 7, 1999 - (...)   Re: Train Club Forming

Sorry for the delayed response on this topic. I think NCLTC is a good name for a potential club. I also may have scared up a couple more recruits for this effort. One of my co-workers son has a some LEGO train (4559, 4554, and a couple other sets) (...)
