Re: In town the rest of the week

(...) Reminds me of something that happened in my drivers ed class: Instructor: "Always aim for the softer target." Friend: "So if we have the options of hitting a brick wall and a pedestrian, we should hit the pedestrian?" Instructor: "Yes." Now (...)   Re: In town the rest of the week

(...) Reminds me of what happened one time when a bunch of us went to Boston for a SF convention. (...) I'm not going to change my internal morality because of where I happen to be. :-) I'm just sweetness and light and MA will have to deal with it. If they don't like it, tough. (25 years ago, 13-Oct-99, to lugnet.off-topic.fun, lugnet.loc.us.ma.bos, lugnet.loc.us.mn.msp)

(...) I'll say. In fact, the whole "how many lanes wide is this road" seems to be kind of a lost question... we have roads that wander from 1 to 3 lanes worth of pavement with little or no warning, lane markers that peter out for no reason, etc. (...)   RE: New Items on The Vault - 9/9/99

Valley Fair! is another CedarFair park (they own another one in PA too, I think) in Shakopee MN, which is near where I happen to be this week. I've never been there. Today is the last day the GP can go so I am going after work... I have to stay (...) (25 years ago, 24-Sep-99, to lugnet.off-topic.fun, lugnet.loc.us.mn.msp)
